Currently, all colors are in stock. All of our products are produced and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping usually takes 3 days – 2 weeks but we advise you to take into the account that shipping company can have some delays especially closer to Christmas.)
We ship our products worldwide and very rarely have any issues with lost or damaged items. Even so, all of our products come with insurance. If your order comes damaged, please contact us within 78 hours after items have been delivered and we will resolve the situation. Please also make photos of the damaged box and item itself as the shipping company requires it for the insurance claim.
It is shipped in the box. After opening, we suggest leaving it for 24 – 48 hours before a child uses it. Don’t worry if the set doesn’t look perfect after that as due to vacuum packaging, it can take up to 2 weeks for the mattresses and pillows to take their natural shape. The more child will use it the faster it will recover. Although we advise that it should be unused, we totally understand if your little one is impatient and wants to use it immediately. It might be that just after taking it out of the box the fabric cover looks a bit too big or is creased. Don’t worry, give it some time to adjust to its new home and allow PlaySofa to feel the wide space after being trapped in a box during shipment.
We use an international payment system that is employed by all e-commerce businesses. In case your item is not delivered, you can get your money back by contacting the bank that issued your credit card and filing a complaint. Fabric – 100% polyester (OEKO-TEX Standard 100 18.HLT.555349 HOHENSTEIN HTTI tested for harmful substances.). It has been tested and passed testing for the flammability with testing method BS5852:Part 1 (cigarette source) and EN 1021-1:2014.
Foam – Flexible polyether polyurethane foam.
To be more technical- foam was made according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, Annex 4, product class I it meets the human-ecological requirements of the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® presently established in Annex 4 for baby articles.
The certified articles fulfill requirements of Annex XVII of REACH (incl. the use of azo colorants, nickel release, etc.), the American requirement regarding total content of lead in children’s articles (CPSIA; with the exception of accessories made from glass), and of the Chinese standard GB 18401:2010 (labeling requirements were not verified)..
Yes. It is recommended that you use a clean cloth that absorbs fluids well. If necessary, use a damp cloth and soap and rub the area of the stain with a light circular motion. The color of the fabric can be changed/ impacted due to cleaning. If despite the cleaning with the clean cloth, you still need to wash the fabric cover then please use as gentle a cleaning option as possible. Here are care detailed instructions.
