All of our products are produced and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Production time of Play Sofa mattress set varies per product colors. Please read it in each product description.
We offer FREE shipping for all orders over €500.
For international shipping we use FEDEX / TNT or UPS. All items have insurance in case something is damaged or missing. All items have valid tracking number that is traceable in any moment.
There is no custom tax in the US, EU and many other countries. In some cases custom or other tax is applied to Canada and Switzerland, UK (but not limited to these countries). Buyers are responsible for any customs, import or other taxes that may apply before, upon or after receival. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, pandemic or shipping company overload.
Delivery time differs depending from destination country. But usually is within 3 days till 2 weeks.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY?
We ship our products worldwide and very rarely have any issues with lost or damaged items. Even so, all of our products come with insurance. If your order comes damaged, please contact us as within 78 hours after items has been delivered and we will resolve situation. Please also make photos of the damaged box and item itself as shipping company requires it for the insurance claim.
We accept secure payments for our products by credit and debit card through all of the major card providers – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express in collaboration with one of the Worlds leading payment service providers like Stripe and PayPal.
If the customer is a business entity the payment is possible by invoice, otherwise the value-added tax will be charged. The purchase price is due for payment in advance.
